Our four-tier party package system includes Shine, Magic, Dream, and Luxury Party packages. Each is enough for your child, their friends, and any family you want to invite. We want to ensure you understand that the Shiny, Magic, Dream and Luxury packages are not private parties so other patrons will be present. But, if you want to enjoy a private party, our premium package is closed to the public. One of our team members can walk you through your options.
General Info
- 🕒 Party Hours: Monday – Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 💸 Weekday Special: 10% off on parties booked Monday–Friday
- 🔒 Reservation Deposit: 50% deposit required to confirm your booking
Extra Charges:
- An 18% service charge
This fee covers:
- Dedicated party host with on-site support staff
- Party manager on standby for same-day requests and last-minute adjustments
- Professional setup, full coordination, and complete cleanup
- Reserved table in the play area with water and snacks provided
- Party supplies: cake & cupcake stands, utensils, serving essentials
- Group photography during the celebration with edited photos
- Packing assistance after the party concludes
- Party Hosts & Assistants compensation
- 2.99% card fee (waived if you pay with cash)
- 50% deposit is required to hold all reservations (non-refundable)
