The customer service was top notch from start to finish. The managers truly went out of their way to accommodate our needs and even offered helpful menu suggestions, which we really appreciated. I had forgotten to order cupcake toppers, but they found me toppers that matched with our theme on the day of the party, The staff was incredibly attentive, and helpful throughout the entire event. Despite three parties happening at the same time, the place was very well managed—clean, organized, and never felt chaotic. Our party turned out great, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Today we had the pleasure of visiting Huckleberry Play to celebrate my daughter’s third birthday. We kept it simple and did open play instead of a party, and it was absolutely perfect. The playground is beautiful, clean, and so well maintained. The kids had an amazing time! The owners were incredibly kind they even gave my daughter a birthday balloon and a goodie bag, which made her day extra special. We will definitely be visiting again. All of our guests had such a great time, and most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast! The food was also a huge highlight — it was delicious, and so many of our guests went out of their way to compliment it. At the end of the party, they had all the leftover food and gifts packed up and ready by the door for us, and Dan even helped put everything into the trunk.
