I love that all information was provided upfront and the teams were very patient in customizing the birthday decor. Food was decent- we did pizzas, chicken tenders, Mac and cheese and fries. On the day off, they help tweaked the designs and was very patient about it, which I appreciate. The room was very well light and spacious enough for adults to sit too. Huckleberry makes it very easy to plan (or not plan, because they handle it all!) your child's birthday and make it special. We had a birthday playdate for my 3 year old using regular open play rules, but did a special party for our seven (yes, seven) year old because our children love it so much. We only had to provide the cake. I wish there was a way to preorder smoothies and coffees for parents to put on our tab so parents could have this while the kids play; we just did individual orders instead. Also note that my daughter prefers ice cream cake and they don't have a freezer. A great experience nonetheless! I had a great experience planning a party at Huckleberry Play for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Yoo Jin, the event coordinator was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. She created an atmosphere where I knew what to expect, and didn’t feel pressure to unnecessarily add cost. The party was a Bluey them, and the decor was So pretty! But the best part of all was the reaction from the parents who came to celebrate. They were really impressed with the cleanliness of the space, and the food! Booking was easy, they were really responsive to any questions I had before the party, and then of course they were extremely helpful on the day of the party. The onsite staff were so organized, we really didn't have to think about too much. The play area itself is great, and the party room was large and really well decorated. There's a wide variety of activities and stations for kids of almost all ages. I went with my family including my toddler (2) and he had a blast. Good variety of activities and a huge space.
